Pour about 1/2 jigger of vodka onto a small plate. Place the grated chocolate on another small plate. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into the vodka on the plate to moisten lightly then dip the rim into the grated chocolate to coat lightly. Set aside.
In the Curtis Stone cocktail shaker, combine the ice cubes, half and half, chocolate liqueur, crème de menthe, mint leaves, and the remaining 1 jigger of vodka. Shake vigorously until the mixture is icy cold and a bit frothy.
Using the strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared martini glass and enjoy.
