Ingredients
1 lime, cut into small wedges
1 lime, cut into small wedges
1 1/2 tablespoons raw sugar
Crushed ice
1 1/2 large jiggers cachaça or clear rum
1 small jigger chilled club soda
In a rocks glass, combine the lime wedges and sugar. Using the Curtis Stone muddler, gently crush the limes just enough to release their juice.
Fill the glass with the ice. Using the Curtis Stone spoon, stir in the cachaça, then stir in the club soda and enjoy.
