Prior to that she had worked at Eco Water in the Twin Cities for 24 years. Terry Roatch, age 63, of Spring Valley, Wisconsin died Thursday, February 23, 2023 at United Hospital in St. Paul. He grew up in Spring Valley where he attended school and graduated with the Class of 1977. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Meyers of Spring Valley, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends.
