Curtis Stone is a Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, author, and TV personality. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he trained under renowned chef Marco Pierre White in Europe before launching acclaimed restaurants Maude (Beverly Hills) and Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant (Hollywood)—both earning Michelin stars. In 2023, he opened Woodend by Curtis Stone in partnership with Belmond Hotels in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, which was acknowledged by the Michelin Guide in its inaugural year. He followed with The Pie Room by Curtis Stone in Beverly Hills in 2024. Curtis also operates Curtis Stone Events in both the U.S. and Australia, a full-service catering and event production company with high-profile clients including the Presidents Cup, the SAG Awards, and the exclusive operation and management of Netflix’s first-ever pop-up restaurant, Netflix Bites.

Curtis is widely known for his television work, including Take Home Chef, Top Chef Masters, Crime Scene Kitchen, and Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend. Through his production company, Sunny Side Up Productions, he has produced hundreds of hours of programming and content for himself and other culinary talent—including Field Trip with Curtis Stone, a James Beard and Emmy Award–nominated series that explores food and culture around the world to inspire his restaurant menus.

He is the author of six cookbooks, including a New York Times bestseller, and the creator of a kitchen product range that is the top-rated brand at HSN in the U.S. and successful in markets worldwide.

Curtis’ creative hub is Four Stones Farm, a 60-acre property in Malibu that serves as the home base for his business. The farm includes a test kitchen, production studio, and a working vineyard that produces wine under his Four Stones label.

He also has a long-standing partnership with Chrysalis, a nonprofit that helps people facing homelessness, financial insecurity, and other barriers to employment. Through this work, Curtis advocates for job creation—particularly in restaurants—as a powerful way to change lives and build lasting stability.

Curtis was recently awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in recognition of his outstanding contributions to tourism and hospitality.

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, actress Lindsay Price, and their two sons.
