In a large mixing bowl combine the salad leaves, fennel, and grapefruit segments.

Using a sharp knife slice the tuna into ½ inch slices.

Combine the tuna with the rest of the salad ingredients.

In a separate bowl place the lime, honey and grapefruit juice, whisk ingredients together while slowly adding oil.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss.

Divide the salad between 4 serving plates.
