‘UNDER PRESSURE’ COOKERS 2 YEAR WARRANTY
The company warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period outlined above from the date of purchase. During that period these defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the retailer and/or the relevant distributor. A defective product should be returned to the original place of purchase within the retailer’s stipulated return / exchange period.* If you are unable to have a defective product replaced under warranty by the retailer, the relevant distributor will repair or replace the defective product without charge under the warranty period.
This warranty covers normal domestic usage and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use or improper maintenance.
Be sure to maintain original proof of purchase for making a warranty claim.
* Return / exchange policies at each retailer vary and may differ from the warranty period offered by the relevant distributor.
All items must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items --we recommend UPS or FedEx ground service. All items confirmed as defective (as described) will be replaced, free of charge, with an identical item or, if the item is no longer available, with a comparable product. Warranty replacements will be processed within 10 - 15 business days after receipt.
