I’ve always loved what you can do with a mortar and pestle, whether it’s an authentic pesto, an olive oil marinade or even a dry rub. Its uses are endless.
Even though I love what it can do, I honestly don’t enjoy using them as they are hard to pour from, often heavy, and take up too much space in my kitchen. So I thought I would solve this problem by designing my ‘Bump and Grind’. It’s an effective little number that’s easy to pour from and the unique boat shape makes crushing herbs and spices easier.
