As a chef, even when I cook at home, in the back of my mind I am always thinking about cross contamination. So I decided to design a board that makes it virtually impossible.
With my new ‘Flipper’, you can prepare raw meat and seafood on one side then simply flip the board over to prepare your vegetables on the other side. The cutting board sits snugly inside a sturdy frame that won’t slip on the kitchen bench and keeps the board off the surface of the bench acting as a further safeguard against contamination.
