Credit card payment fails
If your credit card is valid and has credit but fails to process payment, it may be blocked for international payments. Contact your credit card provider and ask them to allow International Payments. The Curtis Stone Shop uses a Merchant Provider based in Australia which can cause some USA credit card payments to be denied.
Are payments secure when ordering from the Curtis Stone Shop?

When will my order be delivered?
Most deliveries are made within 5 business days of ordering. Orders outside USA or Australia are subject to customs can be delayed. For tracking details on your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
