I've got some delicious brunch recipes for you to try. Brunch is such a great meal to prepare when you are entertaining at home, one of my favourite things to do! With something for the sweet tooth as well as some tasty savoury options to try.
This year is looking to be busy year for me with the launch of my new cook book due out this April in the USA, as well as many other exciting projects in the pipeline which I promise to keep you posted on throughout the year.

New York, New York...

I was lucky enough to spend the recent holiday break with my darling mum Lozza and step dad Shane, who flew all the way over from Australia to spend Christmas with me in New York City. It was our first white Christmas together and we had an absolute ball.

We did lots of great things including walks through Central Park, visited the Rockefeller Center, we saw the Christmas Spectacular Show with the Rockets at Radio City and even managed to squeeze in lunch at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan!
In between all the fun I found time to visit my friends at the Today Show and cook them up a delicious Chocolate Swiss Roll.
